Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the destination of your order and the total order value. We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options.
Zone A — Regional

UPS Shipping Services
All orders are shipped via UPS.

Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Processing
Orders are shipped within 5 business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays and days when our store is closed.
Under normal circumstances, most orders are processed within 0–2 days. During peak seasons and holidays, processing may take approximately 3–5 days.
Our daily shipment pickup window is between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Orders placed after the daily pickup window may not ship until the following day at the earliest.
Please note that shipping transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Processing time is separate from the carrier's transit time.
Order Clarification
If we need additional information or clarification regarding your order, we will contact you using the phone number provided with your order first, followed by the email address provided.
We will not ship an order until we have received confirmation and resolved any outstanding questions or issues related to the order. This may result in additional processing time.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be emailed to customers who provide an email address when placing their order.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

At this time, we do not ship internationally, including to Canada or Mexico, due to applicable tax laws.
Sales Tax
In accordance with the Supreme Court ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., applicable sales tax is based on the state and county where the order is being shipped.
The billing address and physical location of the person placing the order do not determine the applicable sales tax. Sales tax is calculated based solely on the shipping destination.
