The shelf life of our handmade chocolate depends largely on how you store it. We recommend keeping it at a stable room temperature, away from direct heat or cold, ideally in pantry-like conditions. Stored this way, it can last up to 12 - 18 months. After this, it is still safe to consume but may not retain its original taste. That’s due to the natural separation of fats from the cocoa solids - indicated by a mealy complexion on the surface of the chocolate.
